Styles of Worship

We worship with two music styles:
Contemporary (9:05am) and Classic (10:45am).

Purpose of Worship

We exist to celebrate God's presence

Worship is expressing love to God

"Worship the Lord your God, and serve Him only."
Matthew 4:10. According to this verse which comes first, worship or service? WORSHIP.
"... The Father seeks worshippers ... and His worshippers must worship Him in spirit and in truth." John 4:23-24

God says that He is after a certain type of worship, a worship that is from the heart and that is filled with truth. PLEASE NOTICE THAT NOTHING IS SAID ABOUT ‘STYLE'. Some churches are QUIET, solemn and have a liturgy. Others RUN, SHOUT AND are real emotional. Harmony Hill is somewhere in between the two. The truth is that regarding worship, "STYLE IS NOT ORDERED BY GOD, BUT THE PREFERENCES OF MEN." The only thing that God says about worship style is that it be true and spiritual. Our style is more joyous, non-rigid. We have our watchword: LIBERTY WITH LIMITS.
